i can't believe you have a front brake on that.
i used to build tall bikes.

The brakes don't work that well.. but it's stoppable.
I am thinking about using MTB-pads on the rear brake, might help it stop better, the front don't need to work too good :)
Actually it's more of a problem that the bike want's to wheelie all the time (since the saddle is right above the rearwheel). No out of the saddle sprinting when the light turns green ;)
