I have this rather nice frame for £75:
PARAMOUNT ROAD FRAME 1960s/70s Easy fixed conversion
Seat Tube (ctt): 21in
Top Tube (ctc): 22in
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: 27in or 700C
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 double-butted
Bottom Bracket Threads: English
Paramount frames were built in Mansfield. They were a well regarded builder and this frame probably dates from the 1960s/70s. The paint is in useable condition with a number of marks. It will be an easy singlespeed or fixed conversion with the long horizontal dropouts.

Depends how set on lugged you are? Think Dr Chan on here has a fuji track 56cm frame which is actually smaller than that c to c.... Wanted a little over a ton... Nice frame... Paint stripped ready to have painted...

my ad below might have something. Lenton wants paint unless you want scruffy original but some decals there. Carlton maybe too big. Not converted inches to cm
Hey,
If anybodys got a 54 - 55cm lugged steel frame i'd be keen on it, even if its in need of some TLC.
Alternatively Im interested in a complete bike too. Only requirement is horizontal Dropouts.
Im based in London, and can pick it up or will be happy to pay for postage.
