• Hi,

at present i'm a bit lost as to which levers to get for my brake calipers...

if i have flat bars with conventional pivot calipers which levers are best to use?

is it just a case of using bmx oriented ones or will ones designed for v brakes work just as well?

    thanks

  • Try searching using the words brake and lever.

    See what happens???

  • Use the search

type in brakes you only have two wishes left.

  • well i do try to always use the search feature but most of the threads just have replys that consist of flaming...

  • Any short pull lever.

    i.e NOT a v brake lever

BMX levers are short pull as are traditional cantilevers, as are one used on side pulls e.t.c

  • Tommy he speaks sense

  • A couple of brake levers will do both:

    • V-style brakes
      -calipers and canti's

You can hang the cable nipple in 2 different positions.

you will get flamed if you don't use the frikkin search...

  • bmx levers like dirty harry will do great :-)
