I rode an old road frame with a ridiculously low BB. You'll get used to it in no time. As Hippy said, just slow/dont whip round corners. If possible, take corners a little wider than you usually would, but you'll get to know how much lean is achievable on your bike quickly.
U'd also get more clearance if you rode spds/narrower pedals.
