I ripped some part of my knee and had a massive fluid filled lump on my knee. Was not painful unless I kneeled down. Went to the nurse and got told to just rest for a while.
Pointless story in way. Just go to your doctor and see what they say. It may be nothing, it may be a warning sign. Best to get it checked out.
