Everyone who is helping set everything up is going to need to be up super early/not go to the swan the night before.....

What about 'no shows' airlines always allow for people not turning up . Maybe we could organize two of everything just in case

If we have registration early than that'll cover us if there's no shows so we can sort out the brackets and running order etc.

I just got an email back from the Residents Association of Trumpington. The pavillion is not going to be finished in time. Any other ideas?

Is the pavillion needed by us, or do the works obstruct the whole area? (i've not been there yet)
