In Kent! no wonder, I notice it more as far as Ealing when a driver hit my rear wheel while i was waiting on the ASL because he was fixtated on the traffic light not expecting me in front of him.
it's pretty funny that he sped up, parked and got out angry only to mee me with a perfectly normal expression, grumble and went back into his car.
