  • Lil, if lets say, you had a 52cm bike, to maintain the track-type position (lower, flatter back), you might need a short track stem, with negative rise.

    This would bring your arms back closer to you, as technically, the toptube would be on the long side for your fit.

    But its the seattube length that may defeat you, unless your legs are longish, in comparison to your height. Your legs should be slightly bent at the most extreme part of your pedal stroke, not straight. But these are preferences that are altered to suit personal tastes.

    Looks like I'll have to try out various bike and sizes though.. I dont have long legs I think.
