Hey guys, I've got a bit of plan running through my head at the moment.. Basically part of my family is Irish and they come from Ballingarry near Limerick and I've only ever been to Dublin and the surrounding area.
So, at some point in August I may well take a long weekend, fly over to Dublin (spend the night) then cycle out 140miles-ish to Ballingarry and stay the night there too. Then the next day I can roll 20 miles to Limerick get a train to Dublin and either stay another day there or just get a flight back that afternoon/evening.
So, my proposition is this: would any of you guys be kind enough to accompany me for a spin around the city or even put me up on a sofa for a night in August? Failing that a good recommendation on a bike friendly hostel would be lovely.
