I started getting hayfever about 1990 and it only lasts for a couple of weeks and always around mid June. Last year I hardly suffered from it and this year I took tablets once only so far. The only real symptoms I've experienced this season has been itchy eyes after a long ride including this evening's outing which included a run through Bexley's finest country lane (the North Cray Road).
Fingers crossed I'm over it but don't ask how or why.
