I have owned this bike for over 2 years and the previous owner is a mate also he had the frame renovated.
It has never been on ebay although I did advertise it here last year then decided to keep it before any offers came in.
The 22.5" is ST leangth C to C.
The Top tube Measures 22" C to C being a true track frame slightly shorter than ST.
