Sounds like a case of Disco Fever. Though the last reported case was in 1982.

i get shaky legs, and the sensation that they are not there any more after a hard ride of 30+miles. but it goes away after 5 mins or so walking.
In my case i know its the muscles tired out.
without causing offence, maybe your a little unfit ? -

i would get this if i got off the bike and went stright to sitting down for a long time, or after a long ride, stopped happening when i stopped being a messenger.

The left corner of my lip twitches sometimes. I tend to set it on fire - solves the problem every time.
You need to figure out whether you should set your bike on fire, or your legs on fire.

i know this may sound stupid, but try eating more before you ride.
i get quite shakey when i'm hungry and its really amplified if i've just done excercise, it stops as soon as i get a bite to eat.
Disco Stu likes disco music.
Disco Stu doesn't advertise.
Did you know that disco record sales were up 400% for the year ending 1976? If these trends continues.. ay!
