  • So many friendly people.

Been stopped loads today by nice people wanting to talk about my bike and fixed gear in general. Here are a few of the more interesting ones:

A very cheery bus driver outside New Cross Sainsburys who said he had a fixed gear in his cellar that he hadn't used for over 20 years, said after seeing so many people riding them he's gonna dust his off and start riding again.

A train conductor who chatted with me the whole way from East Croydon to Barnham about fixed gear and bikes in general, said he wanted to buy a Chrome backpack after seeing mine.

Another happy person when I got off the train at Barnham who complemented me on my bike and told me how he used to work as a framebuilder at Brian Rourke. Very interesting guy.

    What a great day!

    Superb!

  • Soho square. Guy loading a black framed, orange bull horned ss bike into a black cab. I had no idea you could do that.

  • again gormley?? or are you just eager for them to know the measure of their fame.

Now with added actual proof. I think from now on all spots should be on video or they didn't happen.
