Shit Jersey on eBay - advice please

I bought something off him and it never came n he was a rude bastard about the whole thing n I didn't get money or shirt.
Hes a real arrogant prick about anything! i think i may setup a phantom ebay account :) but il use a proxy just incase ebay want to try and trace it back to me :D
