I've very begrudgingly decided to sell my langster [edit: this time I actually mean it!]...ahh where it all began. some may say this model is last of the 'proper' ones, i would agree.
The bike is in great condition all be told, and has had a fair few upgrades over the years. Only light use in the past few months, as it has be usurped by another bike in my collection. needs a bit of wipe down, which I will get round to doing today.
54 cm (medium) Langster '06 frame - i would say this would suit 5'6" - 6', with ideal being around 5'9" - for reference i'm just under 5'11" with the saddle height in that position. i like the smallish frame on these, as it makes it super-maneuverable in traffic. Can scoop the exact geometry at http://www.specialized.com/gb/en/bc/SBCBkModel.jsp?arc=2006&sid=06Langster
Litespeed titanium-enhanced carbon forks - these are sweet as a nut. 40mm rake - same as the stock straight-blade langster forks off this model. If you've ever ridden one with the alu forks, you'll know this is an essential upgrade. forks under 6months old, cost me $$, plus were professionally fitted by my LBS. Stock Specialized A-headset 1 1/8" and stem
Sugino Comp 170mm cranks, 48t - stock, but plenty of life in these. No pedal overlap with my size 10 feet using spds.
Shimano 105 front brake plus** Tektro BMX caliper** (both upgrades over stock)
Condor 19t sprocket - nice heavy duty sprocket fairly new, very little use.
KMC Z-510HX, 1/2 x 3/32 chain with anti-drop inner links (stock)
Stock specialized track hubs (flip/flop - nb no freewheel included). Alexis DA16 semi-deep rims.
Fairly well worn Specialized Armadillo kevlar (puncture protect) tyres 700c x 23 - great tyre never had a puncture with these (the stock Mondo ones were absolute crap), still some life left.
Risers (black) w/ grey We The People/Carhartt grips
San Marco Condor BFF Limited Ed saddle in silver leather (these cost between 80 - 90 quid alone. if you can find one). I'm very fond of this saddle, which is only 2 months old and nearly mint-condition. Therefore I'm pricing the bike with a 45 quid differential depending whether you want the saddle or not (see below). Saddle not on sale separately before you ask!
Think that's the lot. Very reluctant to sell but with 4 other bikes clogging up my flat, and another on its way, I feel I should let her go. Perfect commuter bike, and I imagine good for polo too with the very short wheelbase (never played).
PM if interested...looking for NOW SOLD
Thanks

update F&F, Cranks, brake and seat post sold now and wheelset sold. Grips, tektro right brake lever still available - pm me for more details. Thanks
