1) following on from scotts recent disapproval of the term* 'project'... i'd add my 2p and suggest my utter disdain at the word 'build/built'* in regard to assembling a bike or changing components. In my opinion building bikes is the reserve of frame builders and not something that can be accomplished with rudermentary woodworking tools and a track pump.
2) i'm also not fond of cheap conversions with pretensious components (ie. spoks or a saddle worth more then the frameset)... to add to this i do hate conversions of beautiful 70s/80s itillian frames, i think the forum has gone soft on puppie killing but this is the worst crime.
to be honest even i find it a bit petty posting up hates but these thing do niggle away sometimes.
