well no, because you probably won't bother to reply WHEN PEOPLE OFFER TO HELP YOU. So the thread will probably die into an even more boring drivel of a puddle than it already is.

I have carbon forks, they were drilled for me by the bike shops tame engineer, I am not yet dead.
That said the bike shop said that the forks could be supplied drilled or undrilled by the factory, so they were designed with the space for the bolt in mind.

Excuse me? :)
Can I refer you to (one of) your previous threads asking for carbon forks? I feel it's rather rude to ask for something and not bother to reply when people offer you what you've asked for.
TIs all, whinge over.

Apologies :)

That be my bike and I drilled 'em myself. A cheap £10 drill and a decent HSS drillbit set will do the job.
Rear of the forks needs an 8mm hole for modern recessed nuts. Front needs to be 6mm I think.
Start off at 1mm and work your way up. It's not hard.

flawed, imo
i would drill straight through with the 6, small drills can wander especially when going through the other side. and way less dickin around.
but yes its a simple job that u can do urself at home.
