Thats pretty bad but not unexpected. alot of Ham and Fulham cops are complete knobs. Just do all you can do and insist on copies of everything, and give em as much paperwork as possible.
Then tell em about an illegally parked car, or make complaints about everything you can and legitimatly waste as much of their time as poissible.
