A big problem for me is that people who have been on the list a long time aren't always easy to get hold of...there's times where i'm emailing and PM'ing people to ask if they still want bags...if they have the money...sorting details etc and i'm waiting ages for replys...or not getting them at all...some people aren't posting as much too etc.
To remedy this, i asked people to add themselves to a list that is easier to decipher because their name is next to the actual bag they want now and by putting {CASH} next to their name i can do these bags first and not waste half my time contacting everybody and tracking them down.
It's the quickest way to reduce the list and get the money i need to get my raw materials re-stocked.

Regarding pics etc...I'm trying to get one of each bag made to keep here so that people can see the whole range...unfortunately i haven't had much chance to do that yet...so i only have a 'Bill', 'Addie', 'Estelle', 'Mashton', 'Ninja', here at the moment.

The quicker i can get things back on track, the quicker i can please everybody...but it's not easy when you can't get your head into it....which is the problem i've been having for quite a while.

As soon as i can sort things out i will.
regarding to my above comment, sorry didnt see you write this ;) could you enlighten us to the wait situation? if so that would be great, even if roughly i.e maybe a few months, maybe a few years. . . etc :) cheers scott!
