eBay and Craigslist finds

not a find but i thought this the best place to ask an ebay question.
i'm looking to contact a seller about an item that went unsold last week but it keeps telling me that the form is available at this time (i'm going to the sellers page and clicking contact member).
has anyone else had a similar problem?

whats the item number?

non-writen ebay rule N32456: never desclose the item number to unknown poeple ;)
