That is identical to one I have (except the horrible paintjob), which was sold as a Peugeot, ex-Manchester hire bike on Ebay a few months back.
I wasn't convinced it was a pug, but am slowly getting there.
It's a shame the BIN has gone. I paid 125ish delivered for a dented frame and am still extremely happy with it.
