British schools lie to their students during their maths lessons, they teach students to remember the order of workings for a particular sum using the phrase "BODMAS".
Bracket, of, division, multiplication, addittion & finally subtraction.
This is correct as per the rules of maths but there is one glaring problem.
Every maths I have ever met uses parenthesis instead of brackets.
I hate you maths teachers, you're destroying one of my great passions with your inability to be consistent.
Please either start using brackets or starts calling it PODMAS. It's your choice but it will be your fault when I eventually snap and start a killing spree.
