Internally-expanding seatpost (like in a stem)

Long story.

Some time in late 2007/early 2008, I got a call from someone, asking me if I had aerospokes for sale. He said he'd seen my name on a poster in brick lane. I told him "er, no..." and that was the end of it. I never found out who he was.

About a month later, I remembered this and thought I'd ask about it on the forum. That turned out to be a bad idea. It was picked up by PJ, who called me several times afterwards at silly hours asking for spoks, and it was then propagated by many of the more evil & long-term forumengers (I call them the 'lifers') as a sort of in-joke.

Since then I have received more or less 1 PM a week about aerospokes, as well as others asking for bianchi pista concepts, and most bizarrely, inverse shims. Which are a logical impossibility, yet this seems to escape an alarming number of people.

Haha, I see! :P A lot of nice people on this forum.. I figured it was a joke when, after I PM'ed you about those spoks of course, I saw several other threads where your name was mentioned about getting stuff dirt cheap.

maybe I'll tip off some of the norwegian fixie-crowd about your spok-stock! ;) jk

About those inverse shims, yeah I kinda broke my head yesterday trying to figure out what the hell was meant by that!
