Wanted: Cheap parts for a pub bike - BB, stem, handle bars, pedals, rear wheel, brake lever

Am in the process of building up a pub bike, and only need a few more bits to complete it. Given its a pub bike the emphasis on is cheap parts.

• Rear wheel that can take a fixed sprocket
  
• Lock ring
  
• Pedals, toe clips and straps.
  
• Tapered BB 68 x 107mm
  
• Front brake lever
  
• 1" stem and handle bars, ideally drop bars
