Dodgyness alert - just saw two proper chavs near Walthamstow central, on the high st. One was riding a nice looking powder blue Condor geared road bike, the other a yellow SS/fix with carbon fork and track ends. If these sound familiar, hang around there all day every day for the next few weeks?
