Plus one. Use solid core stuff (UTP), but make sure its not got a PVC inner jacket (bad dielectric properties apparently). Hell, I'll give you 10m of the stuff if you can be arsed to cycle to Brixton. Use it as is, or if you are a massive geek you can strip out the inners and google some braiding patterns to reduce RFI and improve sound quality. acknowledges own geek status
