For Sale: Orange XC Mountain Bike

Completely rebuilt and serviced Orange XC Bike in great condition.

7005 Aluminium frame in as-new condition, Manitou elastomer forks, 24 speed Deore groupset, Avid brakes. Rear wheel is a stock hub 36 spoke on a really solid Weinmann rim, front is a radial laced bontrager hub on bontrager superstock rim. Many new parts including brand new cables, brake blocks and bars. SPD single sided trekking pedals with platforms. Frame and forks have disc brake mounts.
Frame measurements to follow - I think it's 19" - I'm just under 6 ft and it fits me perfect - the seatpost has a lot of room for adjustment in either direction.

Granted this is a fixed gear forum so I know it's not the prime selling point for a mountain bike, but plenty of members list off topic items for sale.
As for the price, I've set a price that I think is reasonable - Orange are darn fine bikes and this is in top nick. Ultimately, if you think the price is too high jones then you don't need to mention it on the thread. I do have an idea of bikes and prices and have set a price below which I wouldn't be happy to let the bike go. If it doesn't sell so be it.

a well presented ebay listing is the best way for this one. Thats where the best price is.

start at 99p to get them flocking in.

There tends to be a missing link in many of these listings.

Those of us who list stuff in a not for profit way tend to set the price as that which we would have to pay to replace the item.

If Pirat says that the bike is worth £350 then I would believe him.

Everyone tends to compare the price set with the lowest found on eBay- which is often for a bike in rubbish condition.

I'm not in the market for this myself but Orange are a great make, and knowing Tom the bike will be in great condition.
