  • im now down to 47x18 (68.8GI) from x16 (77GI)and the muscle burn is tremendous!
    i highly recommend it,
    my hamstrings especially burn like nothing before.
    i cannot however for the love of god, get faster than about 25mph even down hill !
    i think my cadence sucks, maybe cos i was so used to grinding it out ?
