Draw picture of a crab.
Designate areas on the crab that you feel represent disappointment, let's say the left claw represents an ill feeling you have towards the movie 'Flashdance'.
Now designate areas of the crab that you feel signify more aspirational ends, let's suppose you feel the stalks that support the crab's eyes represent a smart suit or car you would like to own but cannot afford.
Now draw a picture of that crab, but call it 'the bike and how it feels' - now colour in the crab, using pencils, making the things you feel the crab represents badly (with regard to the ride quality of the bicycle) as blue and the things you feel the crab represents well (with regard to the ride quality of the bicycle) as crimson - (filling in the mid-ground areas with maroon.).
