Yeah - what's doing my head in is if you go to this link from Sheldon and scroll down to the Shimano UN54 BB's it says in the header:

'Shimano BB-UN54 square tapered ISO/English thread, 68 mm width' - so indicates ISO yes?
but directly underneath in the text it says:
'Spindle taper is J.I.S.'
So WTF?!!
