Wanted: Looking for a single speed/fixie skidder/frame

We have no white water. Our rivers are more like streams need lots of rain and then they become raging torrents for a few hours. I live two mins away from the sea and one from the best river (The Neb). Looking to get a surf boat soon.

yh we dnt have much here either, so i tend to go off every now n then looking for new rivers...
what boat you thinking?
