Balki's version of dating is to appear where he can reasonably anticipate her to be based on diligent intelligence-gathering about her whereabouts; doing detective work to find out her phone numbers, which for some reason always change again shortly after he's phoned her, and to get others to arrange dates in court for him. ;)
