Sure it's fine in principle, give us a chance to discuss times & locations.... we still don't have ANY undercover pitches... something that needs to be addressed, something indoors for this would be great then we could definitely be at the advertised location regardless of weather, also first week of October the Sun will set at about 6.30 so if outdoors it will need to be lit...
it's better for us to work it out & give it some thought, rather than rush & publish a location/time that isn't realistic or workable
