If there's no way BAD can play to qualify, I will vote them in.
It would be a shame not to have them at the Euros.

Currently...they are seeded the top London team.
Things may change but we have no way to challenge that if they're not able to qualify.
They're a long standing team who represent London which is our community.
I know we all want to play at the Euros but not all of us can.
There will be other tournaments and events.

No sour grapes. Let's put them in....

Despite not being very close (physically and socially) to the rest of the league community at the moment (bloody work), I agree that BAD should get a walk to the euros.

Sorry, I haven't kept up to date with all of this, but I'm confused. Why didn't Dave and Aidan just play with a sub yesterday? Did I miss some discussion? They were both there helping out all day and surely could have placed thus solving this whole debacle.
I know I'm probably missing something, so could someone fill me in could help me know which way to 'vote'. Was one of them injured or something?

Also, what did the London Polo Community decide on? I know there was the whole "Any team" vote which was voted against, but why have we gotten to the point of a petition? Can't we have a meeting or a vote or something. Again, not having time to sift my way through all of this means I've probably missed something.

Bad is not Bad without Brendan the same as It wouldn't be Bad without Dave. I would never play as Bad without all of the members...neither would Dave or Brendan.

That might seem ridiculous to some people but its become something of great importance to us.

I think it's time to put Bad through.

Why didn't BRBPC club play with a sub? Roxy and Matt were both there and I even offered to sit in goal for them!

Absolutely. Just about every single polo tournament I have played in has ended with London's polo players cheering for BAD in the final. They've gone the furthest in tournaments and they are the top London team. End of. To be at the Euros explaining to the likes of Paris, Karlsruhe, Berlin, Munich, Geneva, etc, that BAD are not playing because of our own qualification system will be plain embarrassing. I can see no strong case against BAD's inclusion, despite how you may feel about them not entering the qualifiers.

So yesteday 4 teams made it through to the Euros and BAD's inclusion is still being contested becuase they didn't play. However, for the sake of 'diversity' I potentially am still able to qualify, even though I didn't play yesterday either. WTF?!

It's lucky you didn't play yesterday! Or else you would be disqualified from the second qualifier for the qualification of women in the sexist sport of bike polo.
