Can't you aready get those laser display things?
more to the point can't you just get lights on your wheel to spell things out?

Seeing as the car coming the other way is also on the wrong side of the road, I think it's entirely justifiable.

Crap facilities are worse than no facilities and this 'bike lane' is way too narrow. Fun idea, of course.
