Does this pic mean that the frame is made by TI? could just be sticker to associate the bike with TI? I know nothing of Raleighs BTW. The lug in this shot looks a bit hokey, this is why I'm doubting it... Still, might be worth €60 even if it is Europa... clean and tidy!
