I would say yes. Very fuzzy logic. The more time you spend in traffic, the greater your awareness becomes and the frequency of dealing with specifically dangerous situations successfully increases, facilitating learning.

Although, I admit that some situations are out of control like someone turning right straight into you for example. Still, if that happens, I really cant see a helmet being much use anyway
