i live in stratford, have been making that same commute for about 5 years
currently it is a bit choatic due to the olympic site, loads of roads have been closed, which makes things a bit difficult... but
mile end road for the journey in in the morning as straight as a die mile end aldgate liverpool street
alternatively loads of nice ways to get from stratford to liverpool street via canals parks quieter back roads
check out such delights as
roman road
victoria park
bethnal grren road
hackney road
the greenway
regents canal
old ford road
and any combination of the above
maybe we could team up draft and get there 5% quicker if we work together !!
