  • Ok Ok! The pic hadn't loaded when I said that!

Damn those are nice bars Ed, are the comfy? And not too wide is good.

    that is noice

Even nicer if you can actuall see it!

    Fixed!

hmm thats dumb, it worked when i first posted it because it fucked up for you then it fucked up for me.

oh well at least its showing up now

  • it because it won't show image bigger than 1024x*** that's why it didn't show up first until Donut! resize it.

  • Love that pic, great backdrop....NYC?

San Francisco, too many wooden houses to be NYC!

  • it because it won't show image bigger than 1024x*** that's why it didn't show up first until Donut! resize it.

but large embedded images show up for the poster when he posts them because the clever forum script hasn't yet had a chance to analyse the image and convert the [img] tags into [url] tags

  • Again, because as you say...you've never had to cross 300+ miles of deep snow.

I used mine for pure xc too in scotland and it was my favourite bike by far...and i've ridden a LOT of different MTB's. :)

I run my mountain bike with relatively skinny touring tyres and I get stuck in the sand :).

Probably me being a closet roadie. :D

  • Love that pic, great backdrop....NYC?

don't look much like NYC to me.

ed that yellow bike is really classy.

  • looks fast, and a lot nicer without all the ugly fuji decals

  • That bike weighs far less than you think.
Have you ever ridden in deep snow? over 300+ miles? Cos that's what the owner does on it...it's designed for a specific thing and wastes a hell of a lot less energy than your bmx would.
If you haven't got the knowledge, why not keep quiet and not make such a fool of yourself eh?

Dear Scott, sorry to have irritated you. You're right, what knowledge do i have?.Your also correct in the assumption that i've made a fool of myself!.I apologize unreservedly for obviously raising your blood pressure.Although i must own up and say that i don't own a BMX.!.Lots of love Donkry Rhubarb.

What I was thinking... though usually, a bike like so would come under crazy scrutiny...

  • Yes/ no? or just "bloody standar bike"?

Oh dear, so much fail is hard to conceive in something as simple as a track bike, but there it is anyway

  • anti.

  • antiEd.

  • What I was thinking... though usually, a bike like so would come under crazy scrutiny...

spacers with dropped stem? poorly placed gold parts? mismatched tires? Fugly saddle? No tape? i mean all of these things wouldn't matter if the person wasn't also trying so hard.

  • @ed/ mitre I did say yes or no.
    Just a general query...

You know what... you're right, it's anti.
    But does look fast.

    fail.

It shows poor judgement that you even had to ask :-)

  • pegoretti track frame.

    that is SO cool.
    i mean, REALLY COOL.
thats my new dream paint job.

    har-de-har-har

  • This bike really needs drop bars. Oh so close to perfect.

I really like those saddles. I was wondering where I could get one actually...

Thanks. I didn't know what they were called, making googling a pain.

"a saddle that wouldn't look out of place on spidermans bike' doesn't have many hits.
