Another wheel / hub to help tell age of

The hub label is a bit faded, but the letters I can make out are Cursar OL something?

The rim is Super Champion Gentleman 81. I've found some info on this on velobase, more curious about the hub really if anyone recognises what it may be from the info above.

Is the label a decal on the hub or is it etched into the metal ? If the later, a bit of a rub with Autosol may bring the lettering out

Label is bluey/silver in colour.

Pic would be too shaky/grainy with my camera, but will try to sort a pic at some point.
