Sounds like a move for the old wall of justice the Hells Angels used to have on the wall in the MA in Stockport. Be careful though, you can get done for conspiracy just for talking about doing such things (you are using Thor and a secure OS I take it??) and also as Dangeruss says the car is likely on false plates.
Not that I would condone such things but there are a number of service for a HPI check that give you full details of the registered owner of a car...

Fucking hell, I'd almost forgotten the existence of the MA, one of the finest pubs there ever was. Can't say as I recall the Wall of Justice though, even though I used to ride motorbikes. Remember the jukebox mind.

i got it from charlie.... x x x
I expect a few of you've had a text from Nes about this already but for you that haven't/, the occupants of a Black 4x4 reg MM07 TRY last night used powertools to cut through a Krypytonite that was securing (Steve who runs Zen's?) Bike to the railings opposite Sandbar, apparently one guy who was stealing the bike was challeged and ran off down the street with the bike but dropped it when he was pursued.
Sounds like the lot who've been jacking a lot of bikes recently...
Police have been given the details & i doubt the 4x4 is legitimately registered to anyone, but if you see it let someone know....
Not sure of the Make or Model but i'll add if i get it.....
Eyes Peeled....
