Crackdown on Beach Speeders

if we aren't good enough to drive do we get a tax reduction so we don't have to pay for the roads we're not allowed to use?

No we just get called muppets "WHAT! You don't drive?!" I've heard that since forever...

But it is just as well as I am foreign, female and old, can you imagine what I would be like on the roads. Jeeez!
