I find the choice of legal language interesting; Kill someone in a car and it is "driving without due care and attention." Go too fast on a bike and it is "cycling furiously."
+1 It's a disgrace, if you kill someone using a vehicle, it should be murder/manslaughter, I don't see how they can justify not sentancing people like that.
