Crackdown on Beach Speeders

I can trust myself, you can trust yourself, most people trust themselves. its the people i can't trust that trust themselves i'm worried about. it can't be self regulated like this.

Well unfortunately people like that are on the roads, it's too late to stop them being on the roads by using a more thorough test. We have to wait until they prove themselves as not being able to be responsible on the road before anything can be done, this means either being caught by the police driving in a careless manner, or causing an accident in a careless manner, unfortunately it's usually the latter.
