Crackdown on Beach Speeders

You don't know when you're at a speed that you find comfortable and are able to react to people turning out of side streets/people running on the road etc.?

Once again, people who can't trust themselves on the road shouldn't be on it.

I can trust myself, you can trust yourself, most people trust themselves. its the people i can't trust that trust themselves i'm worried about. it can't be self regulated like this.
