I'm still not sure how a slipping lockring would make you fall off causing the damage you outlined in the OP? I know unipacs are a bit shit, but this sounds like an amazing amount of damage for a crash:
one buckled front wheel
bent handle bars
out of line steering
no front brake
and 1 and a half peddls
ripd seat and bar tape
