yeah the sproket... when you put alot of tension on it seems to slip...
Sounds like the hub has threaded.
The threading on fixed sprockets (like quite a few other bike bits) is designed to tighten under load (pedalling). If your hub is of very poor quality, its threads may have been rounded/removed.
Which would mean new hub. But I would'nt bother rebuilding a unipack wheel, so new wheel. Given that you seem to need a few other things too, and the cost/time involved in fitting them. I'd just buy a new bike. Sorry
