they got the smokers, they got the drinkers in the park and they will get the cyclists who dont want to wear a helmet because the silent majority always get beaten by the vocal minority.After 20 years without a helmet my brain is still in my unsplit head.you are of course too stupid to decide for yourself, compulsary reflective vests anyone??
