What's the Hyde Park route doing, should we aim to try and meet up with the Bletchley lot in Amesbury if the timing coincides?

That is a lot better. There is pavement part way frop amesbury to the stones on the 303. The traffic will be stationary at that point as well. Either that or a very shot detore through Amesbury misses out a bit more of the 303. We could meet at Countess services.
