No acctually, this is a 1962 harry quinn and it has its original paint job, i know this as i bought it from the original owner who bought it new in 1962 and raced it for a couple of years before giving up track and hanging the frame up in his shed for 40 years before deciding to sell. Apart from the blue on the back of the frame, all the lugwork is also picked out in blue.
